• Observation: Clients were under-investing in their infrastructure, leading to slow servers and increased support requests• Strategic decision: Create a centralized infrastructure to host clients
2005Founding of Canada's First Cloud Provider
A client’s server theft accelerated development:• A client had their servers and safe containing backups stolen
• Only one backup tape was recovered
• An all-nighter was pulled to finalize iGOvirtual and restore the client’s operations by the next morning
2008Launch of IAAS and SAAS
